Extra Persons & Room Capacity Policy

By making a reservation at Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa, all guests agree to review and accept the room capacity policy of the resort, which includes details on Standard Capacity, Extra Bed restrictions, and more.

If the number of occupants for any room type exceeds Standard Capacity, additional extra persons cost will apply to the reservation.

The additional charge will be collected during check-in if the charges were not accounted for in the booking reservation confirmation.

Definition of persons are as follows:
- Adults (13 years and above)
- Child (4 - 12.99 years old)
- Infant (3.99 years old and below)

Infants are free of charge with free hotel buffet breakfast.

Free cot or crib need to be requested early and be confirmed by management.

An extra charge of THB 1000 per adult per night with free hotel breakfast is compulsory if the # of Adults to stay exceeds the Standard Capacity.

An extra charge of THB 500 per child per night with free hotel breakfast is compulsory if the # of Child to stay exceeds the Standard Capacity.

If the room reservation was booked with breakfast included, then the extra persons charge is chargeable at the breakfast rate. Non-breakfast rates can be found on the website link provided.

Each room category can accommodate up to only a certain number of extra beds. All guests must understand the limitation of Maximum Capacity arrangement before making a reservation.
